How It Works
Fill out a simple form by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education to find out if you qualify for free or reduced-fee legal services. At this time, Legal Aid of Arizona does not provide direct free or pro bono legal services. However, if you cannot afford an attorney, there may be free or reduced fee Arizona programs that can help you. Click here to fill out the form, which was created by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education.
Or call Us at (480) 658-2552to receive information or talk subject to our terms. At this time we do not offer in-person appointments.
There are some publicly funded civil legal-aid agencies in Arizona that may be able to offer you free legal services: Community Legal Services (“CLS”); DNA-People’s Legal Services (“DNA”), and Southern Arizona Legal Aid (“SALA”). You may also qualify for the Modest Means Project, which provides significantly reduced-fee legal services for a variety of legal matters.
For more information about free or reduced-fee legal services, contact the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education.
