Free or Reduced-Fee Legal Representation – Find Out If You Qualify

Fill out a simple form by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education to find out if you qualify for free or reduced-fee legal services. At this time, Legal Aid of Arizona does not provide free or pro bono legal services. However, if you cannot afford an attorney, you may qualify for a free or reduced-fee legal program. Click here to fill out the form, which was created by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education.

Currently, there are three federally funded civil legal-aid agencies in Arizona that may be able to offer you free legal services: Community Legal Services (“CLS”); DNA-People’s Legal Services (“DNA”), and Southern Arizona Legal Aid (“SALA”). You may also qualify for the Modest Means Project, which provides significantly reduced fee legal services for a variety of legal matters.

For more information about free or reduced-fee legal services, contact the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education.
