Currently, Legal Aid of Arizona is designed to provide referrals for Arizona legal matters only and does not directly provide legal representation or guarantee legal services, legal representation, or anything else.
- It is your responsibility to contact, independently assess, select, and engage an attorney if you wish to move forward with your claims. - Your claims may require immediate attention to avoid missing any and all potential important filing, case, or statutory deadlines. It may be critical for you to take immediate action to pursue a claim or establish defenses, etc. You cannot rely on Legal Aid of Arizona or its service in any way to respond to your referral request at all, communicate with you, or otherwise assist you in time to meet any deadline, to take any action, or to respond to any event or contact. Due to volume, not every request, email, or phone call may be returned or answered and referrals may not be provided or available for your case.
